Meetings are held at Lees Hall Golf Club on Hemsworth Road, Sheffield, S8 8LL; there is a dress code at the club of no trainers and no collarless shirts otherwise smart casual dress is appropriate.

Meetings generally take the form of the speaker starting promptly at 7.30pm, then a 15/20 minute break at 8.30pm before a Q & A session. We hold a raffle during the break.

In October, December, February and April, we draw two ‘paid up’ Annual Members’ names out of a hat and each will win back their membership fee.

The bar is open from about 6.45pm and usually we are finished by 10pm latest.

We hold an Annual Dinner in April and usually have two Pie & Pea Suppers, one in each half of the Programme plus a Speaker Lunch at Christmas
